Family!

This is what drawing in the park is all about for me. I got the satisfaction of drawing not just a couple kids but a Family of 4. These guys were great, the parents were watching me make every pen stroke with anticipation. Then when it was their parents turn to sit in the hot seat, the kids couldn't control their laughter. This family was great and Loved the sketch. I like it a bit too.

Milk and Cookies

If I ever take pictures of my drawings I hardly ever take more than one in a day because I am never satisfied with most of them. And then of course I always forget my Camera when I leave my house in the Morning. But today I took a few, surprisingly.

Drawing in a new book

Anne Gave me a new Sketchbook that she didnt want to use. I Happily took it and started drawing in it right away. I usually like larger sketchbooks that are about 11X14. The one she gave me is 6x8 so its a lot smaller and is great for things on the fly. also its great because it has like 12 different paper colors. Anyways here are some drawings from the book and a little photoshop thrown on them.

Park Fun

Here are a few park sketches that someone sent to me via e-mail.

The First one was a drawing of a kid who had a very interesting bored look on his face and deep eyes.
The second was an old vietnamese couple that had the greatest attitude and Loved the drawing so much they bought a large frame with it. People and drawings like this are what keep me working in the park.

Ruff Animation!!

This is a tiny bit of anmation that i did for "Urine My Dreams".

Its only Ruff and not cleaned up so theres no facial or anything yet.

Tired!!

It was just about 2 in the morning when i started finishing these drawings from the coffee shop. My roommate Gary just got me a nice fountain pen for my graduation. so i decided to put it to some use and actually really like how it glides across the paper. Thanks Gary!
