One great thing about being in a relationship is small differences in taste..or what DVDs one would buy in this case. Daisy showed be this DVD she had bought a while ago and Boy it was so great I had to get my sketch book out and Draw along. Its called "Jazz legends: The BIG Bands Harlem Roots Vol. 1". Its made up of music videos of the 40s, that then were called "Soundies". These soundies feature songs by Duke Ellington, Cab Calloway, Caunt Bassie, and Lucky Millinder. All of which have great moments to draw from, such as crazy exaggerated faces, awesome dance moves, and cool costumes.
Heres what I came out with while watching the whole DVD.
